01 / Starting a project

Before Requesting a Quote

What information should I send first?

Share the application, preferred product or reference, customization ideas, estimated quantity, destination market and desired timing. See how to order custom grip socks for the complete process.

Do I need a complete technical pack?

No. A product reference, estimated quantity and business context are enough to begin. We can then organize missing details into a specification before sampling or production.

Can you recommend a development route?

Yes. We can review whether your project should start from an existing style, adapt selected details or use coordinated OEM/ODM development. Explore the available custom grip sock options.

Are you a factory or a trading company?

GripSockSource manages product communication, order coordination and export preparation from Shenzhen. Production is arranged through specialized sock manufacturing partners in Zhuji, Zhejiang. See our manufacturing network and responsibilities.

02 / Customization

Product, Logo, Grip and Packaging

Which parts of a grip sock can be customized?

Depending on feasibility, options may include sock style, construction, material direction, sizing, colors, logo placement, sole grip and packaging. Review our customization options before requesting a quotation.

What artwork format is preferred?

Editable vector artwork such as AI, EPS, SVG or a suitable PDF is preferred. Fine lines and small gaps may need adjustment so the artwork can be reproduced at sock and sole scale.

Can my logo become the grip pattern?

Potentially. The artwork must be reviewed for scale, spacing, coverage, flexibility and production limitations. See the custom grip pattern guide for artwork and sample considerations.

03 / Samples & approval

Samples and Approval

Why is a physical sample important?

A physical sample lets you review construction, sizing direction, color, branding, grip application and packaging details that a screen proof cannot fully represent.

How should revisions be recorded?

Send consolidated written comments tied to the relevant artwork or sample version. The approved sample and final specification should identify the reference used for bulk production.

How much do samples cost, and how long do they take?

Sample cost and timing depend on the sock style, customization scope, required revisions and shipping destination. Send a product reference, customization ideas and destination so we can confirm a project-specific arrangement. Learn more about the sampling process.

04 / Orders & delivery

MOQ, Lead Times and Shipping

What determines MOQ?

MOQ can be affected by sock construction, yarn or color requirements, logo method, grip design, packaging and the number of variants. Send your estimated quantity by style and color so we can confirm the applicable MOQ.

What determines lead time?

Timing depends on specification readiness, material availability, sample revisions, order complexity, quantity, packing and shipping arrangements. Share your target delivery date and destination, then review the lead-time planning guide.

How are payment and shipping terms confirmed?

Payment terms, shipping method, destination, required documents and delivery responsibilities are confirmed in the quotation and order documents for each project.

05 / Quality & testing

Checks, Reports and Test Requirements

What test reports or certificates are available for my order?

Availability depends on the selected product, materials, destination market and buyer requirements. Share the document or testing requirement so we can check what evidence applies and whether additional evaluation is needed.

Can third-party testing be coordinated?

Third-party testing may be reviewed according to the product, required method, laboratory scope, cost and timing. See our approach to quality control and grip performance evaluation.
